Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning

Programme Overview

The Enterprisers programme is aimed at ambitious and energetic individuals. The programme is fun, action-orientated, practical and based on experiential learning, i.e. learning by doing.

Enterprisers, as a four-day residential model, offers you an experience which unlocks entrepreneurial potential and can develop an enterprising culture in any given sector. Enterprisers equips you with the skills to spot enterprising opportunities, develop self efficacy and apply more entrepreneurial ways of thinking to any project through a process of knowledge, activity and reflection. The results are equally applicable and valuable to start-up businesses, established mid-sized businesses, large corporate organisations or universities; in any sector, public, private or not-for-profit.

Enterprisers is:

  • An experiential entrepreneurship programme
  • A vehicle to practice to build a bridge between research and business through knowledge transfer
  • An international alumni network

Each programme involves 64 students, 16 mentors, three-four panel speakers and a range of organisations.
